Members who vote by mail cannot vote at the Annual Meeting October 6, 2007

Instructions:  Vote for only one candidate per office; write-in candidates 
are permitted, but names must be legible and any write-in candidate must 
be fully eligible to hold office pursuant to CSSA by-laws and receive at 
least two votes (equivalent to nomination/second).  Ineligible candidates 
will be disqualified regardless of how many votes received.  Ballots must 
be received in the CSSA office by 5 PM October 6, 2007.
